Una banda de estafadores que utilizan el nombre de funcionario de la BUAP, para la “compra” de automóviles, que pagan con cheques certificados falsos, opera en Puebla.

A nombre del tesoro de la Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (BUAP), Óscar Gilvon, la organización criminal se ha dedicado a estafar a personas que venden sus automóviles.
Tras llegar a una negociación con el pago de la unidad, extienden cheques certificados que resultan ser falsos.
Entre sus víctimas, se encuentra la profesora Adriana Rojas Córdoba, quien acudió a la Fiscalía General del Estado, para denunciar la estafa que sufrió al venderle su automóvil Aveo, 2015, blanco, con placas UAF-6777 de Puebla.
Al realizar el contrato de compraventa y firmarle la documentación con el cambio de propietario, le pagaron con un cheque certificado, que se vio reflejado en su cuenta, sin embargo, en el banco, le hicieron saber que había sido víctima de un fraude, porque el cheque depositado era falso.
En la fiscalía, Adriana Rojas, se enteró que este tipo de engaños han sido recurrentes por parte de este tipo de malhechores, de acuerdo a lo que quedó asentado en la denuncia número 14680/2017/ZC.
