Tulancingo de Bravo, Hidalgo.– En esta misma semana, la dirección de Prevención del Delito formalizará solicitud ante la Comisión de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Hidalgo para que participe como observador en la aplicación de operativo mochila, en centros educativos.
Josué Delgado González, director del área indicó que ya han sido recepcionadas las primeras solicitudes de escuelas para incluirse a la estrategia preventiva, por ello es importante acatar el protocolo, en el cual la CDHEH tiene un papel fundamental, principalmente en vigilar el correcto desarrollo de la actividad.
Se indicó que una gran parte de padres de familia y comunidad escolar se han pronunciado a favor de la aplicación del operativo reconociendo que la medida fortalece la seguridad escolar, previniendo que se transporte en mochilas artefactos o sustancias que representen riesgo.
La Comisión de Derechos Humanos no autoriza la implementación del operativo pero si acompaña para orientar la aplicación y tomar nota de lo que surja durante la revisión.
En más acciones que deberán acatarse se encuentra: que la revisión de mochilas sea realizada directamente por padres de familia y que las revisiones corporales sean por aparato detector y no por contacto físico.
Preparatorias y Universidades públicas y privadas del municipio son los que han solicitado se retome el operativo mochila, pero también se tiene considerado llevarlo a secundarías.
La manera de solicitar el operativo mochila es sencilla, bastará dirigir un oficio a la dirección de Prevención del Delito quien a su vez notificará e invitará a la Comisión de Derechos Humanos e instituciones de seguridad conformar un grupo interdisciplinario y así exista plena certeza que se cumple el fin principal de la estrategia en privilegiar la seguridad durante las horas de clase.
