El Congreso del Estado de México analizará emitir un exhorto para que los gobiernos de los 15 municipios en la entidad con mayor actividad económica, destinen un porcentaje de sus recursos para infraestructura urbana a la rehabilitación de zonas industriales cuyas vialidades se asegura, están en el abandono.
Alfredo González González, diputado presentante, dijo que con la propuesta se busca que en estas demarcaciones el menos el 5% del Fondo Estatal para el Fortalecimiento de los Municipios (FEFOM), se destine a la mejora de las zonas industriales, pues pese a la vocación del estado en esta materia, se percibe descuido en el mantenimiento de carreteras, aceras y alumbrado de las calles que se ubican en estos sitios.
Como parte de lo que ha demandado el Consejo Coordinador Empresarial en la entidad, señaló que el buen estado de la infraestructura urbana en las zonas industriales es necesario para la conservación y atracción de inversiones, desarrollo económico y generación de empleos, por lo que la intervención de los ayuntamientos en este tema resulta fundamental.
“El contar con la infraestructura adecuada y en buenas condiciones en las zonas industriales del Estado de México, es un atractivo para la inversión, lo que constituye un detonante para la activación económica y como resultado la creación de nuevos empleos”.
Destacó que el Estado de México es primer lugar en parques industriales a nivel nacional con 91 de estos sitios en diversas demarcaciones que concentran más de 31 mil empresas y 821 mil 644 empleos, razón por la que el planteamiento de exhorto busca la restauración de accesos e infraestructura a las zonas industriales con parte del FEFOM que este año recibió un presupuesto de 4 mil millones de pesos.
Los municipios mexiquenses con vocación industrial a los que se dirigiría el exhorto en caso de aprobarse son, Atizapán de Zaragoza, Cuautitlán, Cuautitlán Izcalli, Chalco, Ecatepec, Ixtapaluca, Lerma, Naucalpan, Nezahualcóyotl, Tecámac, Tepotzotlán, Tlalnepantla, Toluca, Tultitlán y Valle de Chalco.
