Huauchinango, Pue.- El Sistema Estatal DIF de Puebla (SEDIF) a través del Sistema para la Protección Integral de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes (SIPINA) llevo a cabo una capacitación en el municipio de Huauchinango donde estuvieron presentes representantes de los Sistemas Municipales DIF de la región, a fin de dar a conocer la Ley General de los Derechos de Niñas, Niños y Adolescentes.
Como inicio de las actividades de dieron a conocer algunas cifras de la situación de este sector de la sociedad en Puebla por ejemplo que uno de cada cuatro adolescentes entre 15 y 17años está fuera de la escuela, siete de cada 10 se encuentra en pobreza y la tasa de desnutrición crónica es arriba del 20 por ciento; todos los indicadores están por encima del promedio a nivel nacional.
En este sentido se dio a conocer que se deben reforzar programas que apoyen el desarrollo y respeto de los derechos humanos de los menores, ya que además de producir beneficios personales, ayuda a mejorarla economía y la consolidación democrática.
Cabe resaltar que en Puebla el 40 por ciento de la población está constituida por menores de edad, quienes requieren de las herramientas necesarias para su cuidado.
