Pachuca de Soto, Hidalgo.- Este jueves sesionó la LXIV Legislatura del Congreso del Estado de Hidalgo para recibir las iniciativas de diputadas y diputados integrantes de la misma, así como de la propuesta para crear la Ley Estatal de Fomento y Fortalecimiento a las Acciones de las Organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil del Estado de Hidalgo, impulsada por el gobernador Omar Fayad Meneses.
La iniciativa busca impulsar la participación de las Organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil en asuntos públicos; establecer las facultades y determinar las bases sobre las cuales la Administración Pública Estatal fomentara y fortalecerá las acciones de las Organización de la Sociedad Civil; establecer los derechos y obligaciones de las Organizaciones de la Sociedad Civil que cumplan con los requisitos que dicha ley establece; así como facilitar la coordinación entre la Administración Pública Estatal, los organismos públicos y las organizaciones.
También busca puntualizar que las organizaciones susceptibles de fomento y fortalecimiento, serán quienes con su objetivo social atiendan: Desarrollo integral comunitario; Participación social y ciudadana; Asistencia social; Igualdad de género; Derechos humanos, sociedad incluyente y cohesión social; Promoción de actividades culturales, científicas y deportivas; así como Protección civil. Se turnó a la Comisión de Legislación y Puntos Constitucionales para su estudio y dictamen correspondiente.
