Santiago Tulantepec de Lugo Guerrero, Hidalgo.- En el lapso de un mes, se ha atendido sólo un reporte por huachicoleo, siendo este el ocurrido el pasado miércoles 6 de marzo, en la comunidad de Los Romeros.
La cifra representa una drástica caída en la atención de dichos reportes en materia de seguridad pública, pues el promedio en el transcurso del año pasado respecto al robo, trasiego y/o comercialización de hidrocarburo de ductos de Petróleos Mexicanos, era en promedio de tres casos semanales.
Fue el pasado miércoles 6 de marzo cuando se recibió reporte de trasiego de hidrocarburo presuntamente robado, en la comunidad de Los Romeros, incautando las autoridades policiacas 4 bidones con gasolina de dudosa adquisición legal.
Al respecto, la alcaldesa Paola Domínguez Olmedo señaló que es el primer caso que se tiene en un mes, donde además fueron detenidas cinco personas por faltas administrativas.
La funcionaria consideró que la baja de atención a los reportes de huachicoleo ha sido gracias a la coordinación con instancias de seguridad pública de los tres niveles de gobierno, así como del ejército mexicano adscrito a la región.
Confirmó que fueron precisamente los militares quienes reportaron y atendieron en primera instancia el ilícito reportado en la zona rural del municipio a mediados de la semana pasada.
Por parte de Petróleos Mexicanos (Pemex), Domínguez Olmedo ponderó que las acciones para el cierre de las tomas clandestinas ha sido más eficiente, haciendo uso de tecnologías incluso para detectar las zonas donde los ductos son intervenidos ilegalmente, con objetivo de ordeñarlos.
En octubre del año pasado, el titular de Seguridad Pública municipal, Alejandro Rosales Valdivia, señaló que estaban detectadas 14 tomas vivas, es decir, que estaban siendo intervenidas ilegalmente.
Actualmente son dos tomas vivas, las cuales están en labor de ser clausuradas definitivamente por técnicos de Pemex.
La alcaldesa señaló que seguirán las acciones coordinadas, como se han realizado hasta el momento, con objetivo de inhibir este y otros delitos que se registren en el municipio que gobierna.
