Dijo así que la alternativa más prometedora al menos para organizaciones sociales en la entidad, tiene que ver con la transición a la figura de empresas sociales, que implica el cobro por los productos o servicios que ofrecen, pues de lo contrario, será complicado que muchas asociaciones continúen trabajando.
“Cada vez hay menos donativos y menos convocatorias y fondos para organizaciones, por eso estamos impulsando ya un nuevo tema empresas sociales, es decir que la asociación pueda mantenerse por si mismas por las actividades que genera, porque la verdad es que de entrada ya este año no hay ni un solo peso de gobierno federal”.
Gómez Guzmán comentó que además de los recursos, las organizaciones civiles se enfrentan a un problema administrativo grave, pues muchas no se pueden consolidar por el alto costo y el tortuoso proceso de registro que exigen los gobiernos.
Agregó que los efectos de estas problemáticas se ven reflejados en el bajo número de organizaciones civiles que hay en México, pues mientras que en Estados Unidos cuentan con 70 organizaciones por cada 10 mil habitantes, en el país sólo hay 2.5 colectivos que luchan por alguna causa, para el mismo número de ciudadanos.
