- Proyectan que usuarios programen citas vía internet o vía telefónica para verificar.
En estricto apego a los lineamientos y protocolos para la reapertura gradual, ordenada y segura de actividades del plan de Regreso Seguro Edoméx, derivado de la pandemia por COVID-19, la Secretaría del Medio Ambiente, informa que los Centros de Verificación de Emisiones Contaminantes de Vehículos Automotores Autorizados reanudarán sus actividades a partir del 27 de julio de 2020.
Para verificar, los usuarios deberán programar una cita en http://smahologramas.dsinet.com.mx/RegistroCitas, disponible a partir del 23 de julio, a las 08:00 horas, también puede solicitarla vía telefónica al establecimiento de su preferencia, el cual se puede ubicar en el siguiente link https://sma.edomex.gob.mx/directorio-verificentros-talleres-pirec, de lo contrario, no se podrá proporcionar el servicio.
Para continuar con las medidas de prevención y control de la calidad del aire en la entidad, los verificentros atenderán al público de lunes a sábado, de 07:00 a 20:00 horas.
Para cuidar todos de todos y tener un regreso seguro, al momento en que los usuarios agenden su cita, deberán confirmar que no presentan alguno de los síntomas de enfermedad respiratoria.
También debe acudir una sola persona a verificar y usar obligatoriamente cubrebocas durante el procedimiento. El ingreso y salida será a través del filtro sanitario, en el cual el personal revisará la temperatura del usuario y aplicará un breve cuestionario para evitar el contagio del virus SARS-CoV2.
En caso de que el usuario presente al menos dos síntomas de enfermedad respiratoria el día de la cita, se le pedirá que alguien más pueda acudir a realizar la verificación o deberá reagendar la cita para otra fecha.
El interesado tendrá que mantener sana distancia de 1.5 metros de otra persona y cumplir con las medidas sanitarias de seguridad como el aseo de manos, el uso del tapete desinfectante o protectores desechables de calzado.
Al ingresar, el usuario deberá permitir que los encargados limpien las áreas de su automóvil que serán utilizadas para el proceso de verificación.
Por su parte, deberán garantizar en todo momento los protocolos de prevención e higiene a través de la desinfección del equipo de verificación, patio, objetos de uso común, etc.
Habrá dispensadores con soluciones de gel en puntos estratégicos a libre disposición, así como tapetes desinfectantes, señalizaciones para propiciar la sana distancia, así como ventilación y entrada de luz solar en espacios cerrados y el uso de cubrebocas en todo momento por parte del personal del Verificentro.
La constancia de verificación obtenida en los meses de enero, febrero y marzo de 2020 y las obtenidas a partir del reinicio de operaciones en los CVECAs, estarán vigentes todo el año 2020 y hasta el próximo periodo de verificación correspondiente al primer semestre 2021. Por esta razón, se da a conocer que los hologramas autorizados y vigentes son los que contengan la leyenda “1er Semestre 2020” o únicamente el año “2020”.
Para la terminación de placa 7 u 8 se contará con 30 días naturales, la terminación de placas 3 ó 4 contará con 60 días naturales.
En el caso de la terminación de placas 1 ó 2 se contará con 90 días naturales, y para la terminación de placas 9 ó 0 contará con 120 días naturales.
Los vehículos con holograma Doble Cero “00”, cuya vigencia del holograma termina entre el 23 de marzo y el 31 de diciembre, deberán realizar la verificación vehicular desde el inicio de actividades de los CVECAs y hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2020. En el caso de que sea la primera vez que vence el holograma Doble Cero “00”, podrá acceder a obtener holograma nuevamente, siempre y cuando se encuentre en el listado de candidatos para la obtención del holograma Doble Cero “00”, el cual puede ser consultado en la dirección https://sma.edomex.gob.mx/verificacion_vehicular.
Los propietarios de vehículos nuevos cuyo auto no cuenta con verificación vehicular, tienen hasta el 31 de diciembre para realizar y aprobar la verificación vehicular. Cabe señalar que para acceder al Holograma Doble Cero “00”, deberán encontrarse en el listado de candidatos a Holograma “00.

Los vehículos con multa por verificación extemporánea tendrán 30 días hábiles para realizar y aprobar la verificación vehicular a partir del 27 de julio de 2020. Los vehículos que no cumplan con la verificación vehicular dentro del periodo establecido se harán acreedores a una multa de 20 veces el valor UMA ($1,738. 00 MXN).
